The Rec Room offers a comfortable, intimate lounge with ATM, Jukebox, TVs and a game area with pool table.
Available Friday & Saturday Evenings from 5 - 11pm.
All Events: $250 plus security deposit
Post members, active duty personnel, and First Responders receive a $50 discount on Hall rental rates. (Members dues must be current.)
A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking and contract signing. Balance is due 15 days prior to the event date. The Post and Renter agree that the contract may be cancelled without penalty within 3 days of contract signing. After 3 days, 50% of the deposit fee will be forfeited. If the contract is cancelled 10 days or less prior to the event, 100% of the fees will be forfeited.
It is required that all persons renting the hall be informed that they are liable for any and all damage occurring during their rental of the hall and that under the law of the State of Connecticut:
Violation of this ruling will be grounds for immediate termination of use of the hall and immediate vacancy with forfeiture of any and all funds received, including security deposit.
A security deposit of $100 - $200 is required. This is to cover any possible damage to the hall or building during the time of the hall rental. This security deposit will be refunded by check within 7-10 business days after event date with passed inspection of the hall and building for any damage.
The Renter agrees to have all guests sign into the “Post Canteen Guest Book”.
The Renter must use the Canteen Bar and Bartender for the entire event.
The Renter must clean the Canteen Kitchen (if used).
